Bought this as a present t for my brother as he struggles to dice food and he absolutely loves it. Said its never been easier to use to chop and dice. Easy to clean as well.Ticks all the boxes

A great little gadget at a fraction of the price of other makes. Excellent. 5mins to turn half a cauliflower head into ‘rice’, will be washed in 1 min. Easy to clean as it all comes apart. Very happy. Chopped a lot over about 10 days without issue. The trick is not to put too much in at a time, then they don’t jam. This has a very good spring so hasn’t got stuck yet!

We always find the items we buy from Amazon are really good value and the delivery time is superb. This item, as usual, meets these criteria even over the busy Christmas time. We are very pleased with this chopper.

I saw a similar item used on a cooking programme and thought it would be useful for someone like me who has problems with their hand/wrist. Sadly it was not as effective as I hoped. The thing itself is sturdy and good quality but I found it only worked if I first cut up the veg into smaller pieces. This seemed contrary to my need.

This chops onions quite well if you pick it up and shake it to release the onion that gets stuck around the outer part of the cup. It naturally rotates the blades in the mechanism giving a fairly even chop. No instructions so you have to work it out but it is not too complicated. If you have quite a few onions it is not a bad workout.

I only tried onions, you need to push (and pull) quite hard at first but after 2 or 3 cuts it works very well. The one downside is that cleaning is fiddly and should be done straight away. But I have not used a knife to cut onions since.

I like that you can use it within seconds of taking it out of the kitchen cupboard. I chopped fresh fennel, carrots and other hard veggies with it with no trouble at all.I do NOT like the fact that the plastic cover for the very sharp knives seems to have altered its shape slightly in the dishwasher so that (basically after very first use and dishwasher cleaning) I simply cannot slide it over the snake-like knife any longer. Is my dishwasher so much hotter than others????? Still usable though, so I'm glad about that. But frankly, I expected a tad more from Leifheit.

No good for herbs & can only fit half an onion in it. Would not recommend
