do black walnuts have the same nurtional values as regular walnuts? omega 3's etc and are they raw.

Black walnuts (they are raw) have less omega 3's but still a significant amount, but they have more of other things like selenium, etc. They are both healthy choices. I use black walnuts around the Holidays because that is what I grew up on in Eastern Kentucky. We gathered them from the wild and cracked and tediously recovered the nut meat for my older sister... we all adored her and she made wonderful treats for us using black walnuts.

Are they herbacide free?

Hammons Black Walnuts are harvested by individuals and brought to the factory in MO for processing.
