The product looks great, arrived quickly, and is easy to assemble. There was a slight problem with the assembly, but customer service was prompt, very helpful, and accommodating.

I was able to assemble the chair, but it took me an hour and a half because the parts are not identified and it was difficult to understand from the directions which way the pieces went. Otherwise, the process simply involves an allen wrench and all needed parts and tools are included. Looks as pictured and is comfortable.

The media could not be loaded.  Great chairs and easy to assemble. The company was very responsive with questions and made the process very smooth. Thank you and love the chairs.

DO NOT PURCHARSE THIS CHAIR. I am extremely disappointed with the color; it looks very cheap and not at all as I expected. I returned the chair, but the seller is now requesting the tracking number after a month, which I unfortunately don't have. They claim their warehouse is too large to locate my package without the tracking number. Is it true that having the tracking number helps them find the package? It's frustrating that customers are required to provide proof of the tracking number, a requirement I've never encountered before. I paid almost $100 for shipping from WA to CA.The most crucial issue is that the chair is made of very cheap material and has an unsatisfactory appearance & color

For the price, the look and feel of the chair is great and I placed this one into my bedroom. It looks high quality and seems durable. Great customer service too!
