Our Thai Hot Sauces are both inspired by the Thai sauce "Nam Prik," which translates roughly to "spicy liquid." This duo includes our two very different interpretations of this classic: Ginger Lime Hot Sauce and Chili Garlic Hot Sauce.

These sauces have good flavor but they aren’t as hot as I had hoped.
