Yes and no. The nutrition facts are per 100 grams of product. The whole bag only contains 50 grams of product. I typically only use approx 1 tablespoon in any given recipe. There is approximately 9 grams of product per tablespoon. So there is 106.5% of your daily sodium allotment in this 1 50 gram bag of product. Divide that by the true servings per bag and you are approximately 10% of your daily sodium recommendation if you use only 1 Tbsp of the product and consume the entire recipe made with that 1 Tbsp.
