Very disappointing. I don't think the person who designed this ever actually used it to measure body circumferences. I couldn't get it to measure my forearm because the pin-fastener kept slipping out when I turned it to look at the display. All other body parts just as difficult because the fastening pin doesn't actually fasten.Was surprised to find they didn't bother printing measures on the actual tape, so you can only see on the digital display and if your battery runs out, your'e in the dark.Before I'd even used it, I dropped it on the bathroom tiles and the casing split partially. This made it unable to lock the tape in place. Was able to fix it with cellotape. Bad start - I wondered why they couldn't have designed with more robust fasteners, considering it all comes out of a plastic mold, so wouldn't have cost them more.Worst feature is that the tape has to 'click' into place when wrapped around a muscle. The click positions are very far apart. So for example, when measuring my forearm it wraps around at 29cm. I can see that if I manually pinch the tape in position then check the display. But if I don't pinch it myself, when I remove it and it clicks into position on the tape, it's shifted and the digital display reads 26cm!! So this thing is hopelessly inaccurate, and the fact that they didn't bother printing measures on the actual tape makes it a dead loss.I've gone back to my old tape, and tossed this one into a drawer and it will probably end up in the trash when I conduct my next household purge.
