Like so many other products of this type and origin, it could have been great.
The bolsters, all three including the mosaic in the middle were too long, sticking out the holes in the handle far enough to feel the edges of each when you grip it. Knife is sharp, but the sharpening job is highly uneven. Much of the blade length is nearly single edged, the sharpening job is that lopsided. If more attention to detail, (including the afterthought 'fake damascus' wavy lines etched into the blade) had been paid, this should have been a very good knife. I can 'fix' this knife. But to be honest, even at the low price I paid from the warehouse, I'm probably going to return it.Update: Decided to keep it, as it was easy to put a proper edge on it, and the metal quality is there. It does hold an edge and has a good balance. Considering the price I paid, I consider it a bargain.
