Belmont Home 60 inch Natural Finish Media Stand

I'll give this five stars because it was a good purchase and I'm very happy with it, and if I gave it 4 you would think "meh, not for me". I looked for mid-century modern tv stands for days. I was on all of the websites. Yes there were many that looked better than this one probably, but I really didn't want fiber board plastered with a wood veneer.This was the best option for a cost-effective, all real wood, media console in the style I wanted. The wood is definitely reclaimed. It is uneven and has holes in it that they have filled in with little pieces of wood or fiber or something. There is even a marketing pamphlet that talks about how the reclaimed wood gives the unit character with all of its flaws. That's def marketing BS, but this thing does have character, style, and again, is made of real wood.It comes fully assembled with the just the door handles screwed on on the inside, so you have to unscrew them and screw them on on the outside. Takes 10 minutes to setup.If you care about real wood, this is a good choice. If you don't there are probably better options.

This is a beautiful media console. I was able to unpack it by myself (5'3", slight female) and there is no assembly required. The metal hairpin legs flip down and lock into place easily; little plastic feet are provided so the legs won't scuff the floor. I used the included allen wrench on the handles. Overall I am very pleased and would purchase again. The whole unboxing process was 5 minutes start to finish once I got through all the bubble wrap. The best thing was the smell of wood while unwrapping....there's nothing quite like it. Some might want to add a poly topcoat, but I will leave it natural since traffic was be minimal.

The media console itself is fine. It looks as expected, slightly more rustic and darker than I thought it would be from the pictures. The wood is obviously reused and does come with old screw holes, uneven boards, etc. This gives it charm, but in some places looks more rough than charming. The main reason for the two stars is because it arrived with a hinge totally stripped out, all four screws ripped out of their holes. I now either have to fix it or return it, which isn't going to be enjoyable either way.Edit: I upped the rating to a 3, the hinge fixed well and a few coats of Danish oil smoothed out some of the roughness/splintering.

This arrived this afternoon. I LOVE it. It has a warm, rustic feel to it, with a sleek, compact design. My apartment is not big, but I wanted a sizable, sturdy media cabinet. It is the perfect height for my space as well, because I needed a media stand that was not very high. Others commenting here that it's a tad too low for their needs.......measure and consider what you want before buying! I especially love that there is ZERO ASSEMBLY. It comes out of the box in one piece. You just need to extend the four hairpin legs, and attach two handles - one on each door. I love the variation in colors of the wood. It doesn't have a "heavy" dark look that overwhelms a room. Couldn't be happier.

This gorgeous piece was just delivered to my house, and I love it. It matches my restroom barn door perfectly. And I want you to know this TV stand is already assembled all you have to do is to put the door handle On it and it takes five minutes. If it matches your room don’t hesitate to order it, you would not regret. The one I received has a touch of black color in it unlike the pictures but it matches my room.

this is a beautiful media cabinet but very low quality. as soon as you look from closer you start seeing the problems.on several spots and one very visible (the empty shelf in the middle) screws/nails have split the wood and are lifting the split wood.I am keeping it because I don't want to deal with repacking this unit and shipping it back but just a heads up.

This tv console is perfect. Not 0nly did I not have to put it together except for the knobs, it hides all my cables. I had to make holes in the back where the doors are so I could thread all my wires through. I don’t like cable wires showing or having all the boxes showing so they are hidden inside with a surge protector along with the cable box. Get this, you won’t regret it and I’m picky!

The wood is cheap but the metal hardware is decent. I had to fiddle with the door hinges to stop the doors from scraping while opening/closing.The whole thing is basically pre-assembled, but I wasn't thrilled that I had to redo the nails on the outer left side. Half inch of misaligned wood sticking out. It looked rushed & sloppy for what I paid for this thing.
