Why are these so expensive? Especially when you can get the same thing in “white” at Big Lot’s for $25.00 each?

I don't know why these are so expensive. Sounds like you would be happier to just go shop at Big Lot's (where ever that is).

Does the cart come with wheels? Based of of its name I would assume it does, but none are shown in the pictures.

"Carts" should come with wheels, "towers" do not. Assuming the items are correctly labeled.
