Super easy to use and very effective
I was hesitant to attempt to resize the band on a rather expensive watch, but also didn't want to have to pay a professional to do it, so I gave this kit a shot. Super easy to use and very effective. Also, fyi there are youtube videos that give step by step instructions.

Great
I was able to resize my wifes smart watch with this kit. I'm glad I opted for this compared to the screw/push pin type of watch tools. The block gives plenty of ways to position the band - and its trivially easy to knock the pins in and out once it is held in place. One of the punch pins did bend SLIGHTLY... To be fair, I slipped out of the watch band and essentially hammered it directly into the plastic block. With that in mind, MAYBE I wouldn't rely on this to change strap sizing daily for a job or something.... but at the same time - I have no doubt it will serve me for YEARS considering I need to resize a strap once a year or less? I'm not even knocking a star off on the basis of how minor the bend was and the fact that it could be argued to have been a result of user error anyway!

Wish I Had Found This Sooner!!
I am so glad I found this kit. I have a very small wrist and always need to have links removed from my watches. I bought a Kors watch with a pretty wide band and it easily fit and I removed the links in minutes. I found a video on YouTube that made it even easier. I’m so happy that from now on I can buy a watch and wear it almost immediately, after fixing it myself!

easily punctured so you just have to be careful
The blue plastic stand is a bit delicate, easily punctured so you just have to be careful. I heard about this and learned right away, if you're bending the tools and breaking pins consistently you might be doing something wrong. Was pretty simple to me, saved me a ton

I'm a woman in my 50's. If I was able to adjust my watch strap using this tool, you can, too. It works well.

Good quality tool
Good quality tool, much better than the screw type watch band tools. Was able to easily remove couple links from watch to get it to fit.

You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for. Some of the links in my Hamilton watch band were very tight and all of the link pin tools bent. After a lot of bending them back into shape, i was finally able to extract the links. But the link pin tools are toast after one use. Hammer and watch band holder remain. Caveat emptor.

Does exactly what it is meant to do easily.
This cheap tool set makes fast and easy work of changing a watch band. Just make sure you are tapping the pins the correct direction, make light taps, place the block on a light pad (like a mouse pad), and watch out for small parts (some watch bands have internal sleeves that get lost).
