It's a little more complicated to install than your average car stereo, but it's a notable upgrade. There are some similar products out there, but this one had the best reviews at a more reasonable price so I gave it a shot and so far I'm happy with the purchase.The climate control unit comes screwed into some frail plastic. Similar to other reviews, mine also came broken off on two corners upon arrival. I should also note that the unit was pretty well packaged. It just seemed like a weak point based on the design for a physical button you're going to pushing regularly. So I opted to fix it with epoxy which I think will make it a little stronger than it was originally.Setup:Hardware installation is as easy as making sure you put all the plugs in the correct ports. I also experienced a notable "pop" when it first turns out. Another comment suggested a 12v to 5v step-down converter so I'm going to give that a shot.First thing you'll need to do with the software is set your car type. If you're using the included CANbus box that allows it to talk the cars computer you'll need to note which one it is. The books says it's apparently found on a sticker on the unit. It didn't quite match for me, so I had to go through the list and test them and eventually landed on the RZC/Raise > Mustang > No CD. Once that was set, the UI changed and the climate controls became fully functional.We had a small issue where we could turn the air flow up or down on the climate control but we couldn't fully turn it off. We ended up plugging in the old unit, turning the air off on the old one and then plugging in the new one and the issue was resolved. I honestly have no idea if or why that would solve the issue but it worked.Use:I've only had it installed about a day so I'm still playing around with it. But it really is a tablet on your dash that interfaces well with the climate control buttons below it. You can install apps from the play store, use the radio app and anything else you could do with a tablet. It's actually pretty cool.

Took a bit longer than I’d like to install. Instructions are just a single folded sheet of paper with arrows labeling each of the wires and connection points. Sound quality is fine. Screen looks good. Plastic feels a bit flimsy, but it does allow you to bend the unit back into the clips in the dash. Fits the dash fairly well when fully installed. My wheel controls are a bit wonky; they work but sometimes the volume adjustments will skip/rewind songs. Skipping songs too quickly while in CarPlay will cause the CarPlay to freeze for a bit while it’s trying to catch up. Backup Camera trigger wire is very convenient and worked right out of the box with the Natika camera I bought.Note on storage capacity:Amazon’s AI helper says that this stereo is NOT compatible with external SD card storage. This is incorrect. I installed the included USB drives and connected one of them to a USB SD reader, in which I slotted a 512GB SDXC. This allowed me to download pretty much the entirety of the US as offline maps to properly use the built-in GPS Navigation without needing to have cellular data in the vehicle. I used a SanDisk ImageMate 512GB card and it immediately worked with the stereo without needing any formatting.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a perfect upgrade from the factory installed radio in my 2012 Mustang. Easy install and if you need help tech support is very responsive. I needed to contact them because I couldn't get my controls to work on my steering wheel. Once I contacted them and they responded right away,everything was working. I tried another one like this from another company and it didn't work. This unit is perfect and also awesome sound coming out of this unit. Phone sync up easy and everything loaded the way I wanted it to.Now time to upgrade the speakers.

Product works well and syncs with the steering wheel controls seemlessly. Fit right in the factory place. Very happy with the upgrade.
