requries subscription
I needed this for only a few weeks, but it made me enter into a subscription. Now that I am home the registration website is disabled but my card is still being charged monthly

Think is more convenient to get preloaded with at least 2GB~5GB
This is a Telekom Austria card for your convenience to travel so that the moment you arrive in one of the supported countries, you already can activate and have a very basic data plan without looking for a local shop to purchase a SIM card. It is only preloaded with 100MB which is like nothing for practical use, except maybe to do the initial activation. Yes, you will need to get the airport Wifi to initially activate it, and will need to subscribe for more practical amount of data. However, the hassle that you will have to go through to get it up and running once you're in the supported countries in Europe, I would say is probably not worth it - though at the few US$ this is going for you might want to hedge your risk. I bought similar ones before with preloaded 10GB, and I would suggest to get those instead - and depending how long your travel is.Or... if your travel is quite short, and you only need the data for instant messaging, Maps ... and not IG/Youtube ... then maybe even just get the roaming package of your US provider. Example T-Mobile USA on certain plans offer slowed down 256kbps unlimited roaming data. Not enough for entertainment, but enough fo essentials like instant messaging and/or Maps (though slow). You can if you wish then go to a local telco/tabac to get a prepaid SIM like this that is already preloaded for 2-5GB of high speed data.Note, also nowadays, many phones like the iPhone don't use physical SIM anymore, and you probably should shop for eSIM based ones.... and a word of caution - be sure you original US's eSIM's data roaming is set to 'off' so that it will instead take data from the second eSIM (as local European eSIM).So yeah, this is OK to get you started or if you absolutely must have an initial SIM when arriving in Europe, but with just 100Mb, and you still have to enter your payment info to select a practical amount of data in the GBs, then you probably should just get something else that's already preloaded with more data.

A Must Have for Travelers
This is definitely something that would benefit international travelers greatly, so I would list it as a must-have for people that find themselves crossing borders often, but don't want to lose contact with people, places and things in their phone.

After a few issues solved this SIM card saved the day
I got this SIM card in order to have something readily available when I arrived in Europe. At first, despite some instructions from the company, I had some trouble setting it up and using it. However once I figured out the issues and was able to select a data plan, the SIM card saved the day. Keep in mind it's only for data and you won't have an EU number, however if you port your US phone number you could make calls using WhatsApp.

Scam
Card worked fined, but we were automatically set up for monthly subscription. Customer service was no help; no refunds. Very costly.

Worked in France
It did work once I landed in Paris, was able to get an Uber ride with it. But after the 100mb which goes very quickly, you gotta pay for additional data. I would say it's convenient if coming from the States to have it with you especially if your phone doesn't have an international plan. Didn't actually get any plans though but it seemed fast enough upon first use.

Almost zero information online, including pricing
This is about as sketchy as you can get for phone service.I went online to check pricing, and there isn't even a basic website that shows pricing. There is a link on the sim card holder that takes you to the website shown in the photo, which only has a "Enter the ICCD Number" box on it.I'm not ready to activate this, I just want to know the basics about how it works, the pricing, etc etc.I gave it 2 stars instead of just 1 because maybe it works, but again I don't want to activate this yet.

A qualified five star rating
I won’t be traveling to Europe for a while, but believe this card will give me the minimal amount of data service that I’ll need there. The instructions indicate very easy setup, so I’m not anticipating any issues. I may not even need to purchase a plan, since the 100 MB of free service that are included may be sufficient. I wish that I could provide a more detailed review, but my inability to use it now precludes that.
