What is the specific spectrum range is it 630-850nm?

I am confused because here is a quote from the seller in response to this: Thank you for reaching out to us. red (660nm) and near-infrared (850nm)." But the description and another response by the seller says it is far infrared. Also the reflective blanket/liners may increase heat, but don't they block IR light absorption, whether red, near or far?

How long do you stay in the blanket?

For the Bioremedy we recommend that first-time users begin with 15–20 minute-minute treatment sessions, 1–2 times per week, and work up to 35–40-minute treatment sessions, 3–5 times per week.
