Sorry, but dissapointed
On first opening the packet, the lack of beetroot smell and the dull, brownish colour struck me as worrying, so when I first added it to my smoothies, which would normally bring out the flavour and also add that gorgeous rich dark pink colour, and it did neither!! So little flavour which begs me to believe that the process has been messed up somewhere along the line...over-cooked? I don't know, but I'm afraid I cancelled my subscription and have returned to making my own again.

Be careful. It’s powerful. The first time I used it, I used too much and it turned the food bright red and put me off. You only need half a teaspoonful or less.You gets lots for your money and it will last a long time.Good purchase but use with caution.
