Well worth the cost
Came quickly and works well.

Nice size
I have only had it for 3 days but so far it has performed well. I could easily download the programs that I needed. I have ordered a mouse because I navigate with a mouse better and a cooling stand. Overall, it is a great value for the price. I am happy with this purchase.

Having a problem with a key?
The laptop is good. I had a problem with the number 2 key. It kept popping off. I would center it and press down, until I heard the click, and it would stay put until I used it a few times, and then it would pop off again. Support tried to but couldn't help me. I was able to search multiple sites and found one that said to place the key lightly in place, then press down only on the right side of the key, then the left, to anchor it down properly. That seems to have worked. I've pressed it many times over, and the key has stayed in place. Hopefully that's the end of this problem. Other than that, the laptop is great.

Great quality for the price.
I've had my laptop for a few days, and I'm very happy with the speed, the easy of using it, and the virus protection that came with it. The only negative is the battery life could be a little longer.

No backlit keyboard
Says comes with backlit keyboard it does not 2nd one they sent both times no light. Waited 5 days only to have to send it back. Waste of time and money when Amazon. Pearly identifies it as being backlit
