You’ve got to try this spice on salmon! Spread it on a salmon fillet and grill as usual. The flavor is amazing. I’m experimenting with this spice because I’ve only recently been introduced to it. I recommend you give it a try.

Where I live there are only 3 grocery stores and the product line is pretty limited. From time to time, I like to make meals that are of my heritage and finding the spices I need locally is in vain. I needed Sumac and of course, none of the markets in my town had it...in fact, at the largest market, the manager didn't even know what Sumac was! Thank goodness The Spice Lab offered this through Amazon! It arrived quickly and when I opened the jar, the fragrance was so delightful! So happy with my spice and look forward to purchasing other rare and exotic spices from The Spice Lab.

Very good add new spice to my cooking

I saw someone make a Mediterranean Tuna Salad that called for this spice. Yummmm.... I ordered it immediately. So glad i did. Can't wait to try it out in a tuna salad (and everything else.) I received this very soon after ordering. It was well packaged for shipping. Bottle was sealed & in excellent condition.

I haven’t purchased a lot of sumac but the dishes I made with thid product turned out well. No complaints.

I originally purchased this for a fattoush recipe but now I can't stop putting it on everything! It is delicious and seems to be of high quality, although I have nothing to compare it to as this is my first time buying this particular spice.

I love this on salads or in my home made salad dressings. I even put it on my air popped pop corn. Good spice to have in the kitchen
