I bought this item hoping it would help in giving my meals spice without the sodium. Unfortunately, they are very deceptive and do not show you any pictures which list salt as the second ingredient. Be careful! You cannot return this item. And the company will not communicate with you in regards to any issues you may have with the product. This is all too bad since it does taste good. But, beware it does have salt and could be deadly for those of us who need to reduce or eliminate salt from our diets.

Love this stuff and it’s so much more than a sprinkle on hummus.Sumac has a lemony tartness to it and that’s why folks use it. It looks lovely heavily sprinkled on my chicken I set to roasting and unlike paprika doesn’t have a distinct flavor so it compliments any type of seasoning you’re using.Herby like sage or potent like hot curry, this compliments without taking over.Everyone I’ve turned onto this stuff is a convert and uses it on everything like I do.
