Yes u can I’m actually playing a DBZkart n64 rom hack and a Pokémon rom hack

Q: I purchased the version with games. when i try to add new roms to mame folder it says the microsd is locked. any idea how to add games to locked card?

If you're using an SD adapter to plug into your computer, make sure the lock tab on the adapter isn't engaged. If it is, you won't be able to write files to the microSD.

Q: Powers on but has a Black screen? I did a reset and I unplugged the battery. Does anyone have any other options before I return it?

I would contact the seller first.

Q: Can it handle Simpson hit & run if I tried putting it on there ?

I put it on and just messed/ tweaked the system settings
