Very disappointed with this NVR
The recorder arrived and it was evident that it had been opened before. Four of the mounting screws for the internal drives were missing but the opened cellophane package was still in the box. I attempted to start the recorder and the splash startup screen showed up clearly. When it was to finish starting the message "not supported" came across the screen. I tried both the HDMI and VGA connections for video out and both outputs acted the same. The setup screen could not be accessed either. Just the black screen. This recorder is presently packed up for return.
