Olivia- [100% European Hair Mannequin], Cosmetlogy Training Head Doll, Platinum Blonde (17 inch)

I was hesitant about spending $100 on a mannequin, but I am so happy I took the plunge. In most cases, You get what you pay for! I use this to try new color techniques and combos. Great quality hair that holds vivids well and also easily removes color with the right product. Would purchase again and recommend to anyone!

Very beautiful fresh out the box. Only con I have is the shedding which is not so much but other than that she is all pros. I love it

I really love this head for playing with vivids without that extra step of lightening there is less damage to the hair. The quality is awesome and I only thing I wish is that I had more money to buy a few more.

She is pretty, Not the scary face that many of these manikins tend to display. The false eyelashes and light make up job are a nice touch. For the price you will probably not find nicer hair at this length. That being said, remember that overall length is measured from the forehead down to the back of the hair when I did this measurement the very last tip of the hair measured 22 inches, but if you trimmed those stragglers 17 was fairly accurate. From the scalp out to the end of the strand all of the hair on the head actually measured about 12 inches long. Shedding is expected but not a ton I don’t think. Because this hair is fine and platinum blonde be gentle when detangling and blow drying and I’m sure that will help with shedding, just like you would on a normal person with fine hair. Slightly pale yellow blonde upon arrival a dip in purple Pravana shampoo proved this platinum color that I’m showing in the pictures. The hair is very soft and flat upon arrival, so a shampoo and blow dry and she shaped up. With a little product it will be fantastic for the upstyling I plan to use her for. This would also make a great manikin for haircutting and bright coloring techniques as her color is so light. The hair feels fantastic. The only reason I’m getting this for stars as I wish there was a little bit more hair density. But honestly fine hair isn’t usually thick!Follow up...shedding is awful tangling is awful. Even after conditioning mask I could barely get my hands through her hair to curl it. If you’re cutting this manikin or coloring it fine but $100 seems expensive to do that unless you need a blonde pallette don’t bother with this one Cannot handle updo styling hair is way too fragile guess that’s what I get for getting a blonde.
