Stunning information
words fail to describe the profundity of the ancient wisdom of Tibet. A true master, like this author are quite few and far between. It requires a lifetime of complete dedication to meditation and dream work to accomplish the feats this author and other monks are capable of. To think that if you meditate 10 hours a day, you can start remembering 8 dreams every single night..... we tap into the source when we dream, our higher self. The problem is that most our minds are too distracted to remember them, let alone take control of them, predict the future, or even download information like mantras, scriptures, etc. This book is great education for anyone studying dream work, Buddhism, or the spiritual practices of Tibet

It works
I haven't gotten past the first practice yet but I can say that I had results in lucidity in first few days.

Transformation and Liberation through Dream
Tibetan yoga seeks clarity and continuity of consciousness in waking, sleeping, dreaming, imagination, memory and the thousands of sentient experiences that we call mind from our first to last breath and beyond. Mindfulness, meditation, biofeedback and dream yoga are only techniques to create skill on the path of our larger aim, to be able to enter deep sleep, unconsciousness or death in total and transcendental awareness. Jesus demonstrated the Resurrection Body of Glory, Padmasambhava, Buddha and Tara the Vajrakaya, and Sri Aurobindo the Divine Body. But the body is consciousness. Even Einstein said "There is no matter; it is all field."In that spirit, Norbu's book is a complete method for transformation and liberation; other readers only see random gibberish.Let your own lucid perceptions serve you. Yogic discipline will yield much treasure. Western complacency will unearth corrupt trash.

Good book
This is one of the better ones of the same subject (dream yoga). I also like "Dreaming, Sleeping, and Dying, an exploration of consciousness with the Dalai Lama."

Worth it - you'll learn more about how to do what you want in dreams
Take what you can, leave what's not worthwhile. The good information here is worth the price. Not all will be relevant to many folks, though, as it has a religious connotation for many concepts in Eastern world. Still, good information you won't find many other places and nuggets of gold are worth panning through some dirt to find.

A Spiritual Genius
Master Chogyal Norbu is a Spiritual Genius. I've read over a dozen of his masterpieces including this one. It takes an Enlightened Being to present information that comes from mystical experiences as opposed to merely an informative intellectual bases. I've incorporated several practices with satisfactory results. I'm surprised by the negative comments but then water always finds its own level.
