9cm Paddle Bamboo Wooden Skewers x 100

These little skewers are nice and strong and look much more professional than a cocktail stick. I read this recipe on the BBC website and my guests loved it, especially the veggies! You cook a box of falafel according to the pack instructions, and when they have cooled, you slide a chunk of cucumber (I cut thickish slices then quartered them) onto your skewer, then a falafel, and then a cherry tomato. Serve it with Tzatsiki for people to dip. Lovely! :-)

Ordered these to use for veg or fruit skewers. They are what they are. The little 'paddle' makes a great grip; so much easier than a straight toothpick style. They also have a flat profile which stops the food from rotating whilst cooking. Simple thing but does make a difference. I see that longer ones are available on Amazon so they're next on my order list for making kebabs.

These are the perfect size for bento or small canapes. They are small, so roughly 2 to 3 one-inch cubes of chicken will fit on each sewer. the "handle" is about 2cm which is perfect for holding the skewer plus they look very attractive. I haven't had any problems with splintering. I put several of these in my bentos and they work a treat. Recommed!

These look very professional and cheffy on a buffet table and are good for canopes and fondues and chocolate fontains and are safer to use with small children
