Q: How many inches tall is the backrest? (Don't include the cushions)

From the webbing on the seat to the top of backrest it is 12 inches. Really enjoy it, the dog and I sit out there at every chance.

Q: Where can i order an extra cushion?

On Amazon. Go to your order page and look for the customer support email. They sent me extra cushion cover when mine was damaged.

Q: Do the seat cushions move while you’re sitting on them? I see a tie for the back cushions but what about the seat cushions?

They do not move when you sit on them. I believe there is a grippy material on the bottom of the seat cushion.
