Great Shoes!
I really, really like these shoes. There are suede leather, which is really nice instead of canvas. I bought a half size up since many of the reviews seemed to indicate that they ran large, but I found that I had to size back down to my normal size to get the best fit. So I would say that they do run mostly true to size, but just a wee bit on the smaller size. So if you are in between sizes, perhaps sizing up would work for you. Otherwise I would recommend trying your usual size first. They are so comfortable and versatile that I have worn them almost every day since I received them and bought them in a couple of other colors, too. The laces are a bit on the short side, but still functional. The grey shoes also come with purple laces so that you can change out the look, which is fun. The black ones also came with teal laces that match the trim of the shoe. The chocolate ones only have the original laces and no extras.

Cute, comfortable sneaker
It's been a while since I had a pair of cute but comfortable sneakers, so when I saw these for half off on Cyber Monday, I couldn't resist. I've read mixed reviews around the web on these when it comes to size, with a decent percentage people swearing that they run super, super small and urging buyers to size up by at least a half size. I considered it, but ended up going with my gut and ordering my regular size; I'm glad I did. The shoes fit very well with normal socks, to maybe even a tiny bit big-- but definitely not small at all. If I'd sized up they'd be way too large. So I recommend you get your regular size.I got the teal color, and in real life it's honestly more green than teal. There might be vague blue tones, but as a whole I'd call them green. Still a nice color, though, and they look very cute with jeans. They're quite comfortable, as most Tevas are, with decent arch support and a springy footbed. They came with two sets of laces: the grey you see in the pictures, and then a set of teal/green ones that match the shoe.My only reason for four stars and not five has to do with the fact that the laces are ridiculously short... to the point where it's sort of tricky to even tie them. Don't get me wrong, it's doable, but the shoes would definitely benefit from laces that are just a bit longer. However, beyond the lace length I really do like these shoes and would recommend them.

and I need something that is comfortable. These are it
I want to buy 3 more pairs of these.Firstly, I walk 2 miles to school and 2 miles home, so I get a lot of walking in a day, and I need something that is comfortable. These are it! True to the Teva brand, they're a dream to walk in. Amazing comfort, no blisters or pains after wearing these for awhile. Good grip on even slick sidewalks. Also, they look awesome. I always feel like a cool kid walking around in these guys. (I have the gray ones with the purple piping)I do bike often, and these really do have excellent grip on bike pedals as advertised. I HATE it when my shoes slip off the pedals (looking at you, flats) because it gives me a .5second heart attack, lol. That doesn't happen with these shoes. There are a couple concerns about the lacing of these guys. As soon as I realized that you're not meant to lace through the top grommets, I had no problems. Also, new shoelaces are pretty cheap if you really want to lace them all the way to the top, and these shoes themselves are very reasonably priced so picking up some extra-long laces on amazon at the same time probably wouldn't be a huge splurge. I didn't, though. I wear the original laces with no problems at all.

Buy Them
Great shoes! Look nicer in reality than in the photo. The brown is a dusty, neutral brown and the laces are a tan or cream color. The leather is suede, not polished. They are very comfortable and sturdy. Not as supported as my athletic shoes, but much better than Chucks, which I love and grew up with but now cannot wear. I would definitely consider buying another pair in black and/or canvas (I prefer fabric to leather, but these were on sale). Following the advice of other reviewers, I ordered a half-size larger than my usual 5, and to my relief they fit perfectly. As at least one other reviewer has noted, the laces are barely long enough, but I find this to be a common problem with"retro"-styled sneakers. Not a big deal, especially for the sale price I paid.

Super cute and comfy, but might need to go up a half size
I've long been on the hunt for a cute and comfy pair of suede sneaks to replace my favorite old pair of Simples (a great casual shoe company, sadly no longer in existence), and these definitely fit the bill. If you've ever worn Teva Mush flip flops, you know they're bonkers comfy. These are even better, cause they have a real rubber sole on them, are much more supportive, and won't wear out like the flip flops do. The suede is soft, and the chocolate color is a richer color than the picture shown (the picture is a very greyish brown, but these are a true chocolate brown, think Hershey bar). My only complaint is that they may run a little small, though I'm not certain they're small enough to warrant exchanging them for the next size up (we'll see...). All in all, I'm in love!*UPDATE* A couple months later, and these are hands down my favorite shoes! I did NOT exchange for a half size up, and I'm very glad I didn't! After only a few days of wearing them, they stretched enough to be thoroughly comfortable.
