SIZING: Small - 28"-33" (71cm-84cm) Medium - 32"-37" (81cm-94cm) Large - 35"-40" (89cm-102cm) XL - 38"-43" (96cm-109cm) XXL - 41"-46" (104cm-117) 3XL - 44"-49" (112cm-124cm) 4XL - 46"-51" (117cm-130cm) As a rule of thumb your belt size needs to be approx. 2" (5cm) bigger than your actual waist size, and that your trousers/jeans size is not necessarily your waist size. Many trousers/jeans do not sit on your waist but slightly lower therefore it is important to take the measurement with your trousers on and where the belt is intended to be worn i.e. the measurement may be nearer your hip measurement than your waist. If you are unsure of which size to buy we would always suggest ordering a slightly larger belt rather than one that might 'just' fit, as you can always add an extra hole but you cannot extend the length of the belt.
