Chemotherapy
I use these to prevent chemotherapy side effects in my hands and feet. They stay cold for about 20 minutes, which is perfect because I need to stop icing for 10 minutes in between. I have to ice for 21/2 hours. Extra insert availability is much appreciated.

Great fit and easy to use
These work great. I really loved that the ice packs were removable. I would suggest to remove them from the freezer an hour before using to make the ice packs more pliable to put into thier pouch on the socks.
