I ordered a battery powered fountain on Vine a while ago and they still do not offer filters for it. I saw these and they look to be similar so I thought I would try them out. Well they work perfectly I just had to trim them a little to fit. For the price ($11.99) it is a good deal for what I need them for. They filter the water as good as the one that came with the unit. They perform as expected so I give them 4 Stars.

This filter wasn't for my fountain but, what I did was cut it in to shape to suit my fountain and it did the job.

Upfront disclosure: I received this item through the Amazon Vine program for review.We have a different model water fountain for our cats but these were similar in shape so I decided to give them a shot. They are a two layered spongy material which is activated carbon (containing) on the black side. I did find that for our fountain I had to cut these in half between the two layers, but once I did that they fit and work perfectly. As a bonus we are able to have twice as many replacement filters. Filtering wise, they seem to work quite well and can be washed out easily. We found that with these we have a lot less algae growth too when compared to the original filters. I am very pleased with these.

I got these to use with my cat's water fountain and they work as expected. I am usually able to use one for up to 4 weeks. There have been a couple where the water was cloudy after only a couple of uses, but I'm not sure it had much to do with the filter.I think these are kind of expensive, but I can't really complain when I only have to buy them once a year.Overall, I'd buy these again as they work as advertised.

I got these for my cat fountain which did not have replacement filters. Cut them down to fit and they did fine. Each one is wrapped individually and the water looks cleaner.

These replacement filters fit my cat water dish perfectly. They are easy to install and last a long time between changes. A twelve pack will probably last a year so they're a great value.
