is this the original flux game?

Yes it is, although cards have been added (mostly goals), the artwork has changed and it's now in colour. It does not feature the 'Kreepers' added to some versions of Fluxx.

Can i just buy one star fluxx? it's showing a minimum order of 3!

Yup, it's showing as 3 as the minimum quantity. If you're after one (to arrive before Christmas), then you're best off ordering elsewhere as the only other option on Amazon might arrive after Christmas. Type it into google. It's cheaper there, but with delivery, I imagine that it'll work out about the same. I hope this helps.
