These foam tiles seem well made and since they hang on a wall they don't need to be durable. The edges of the foam are cut clean and crisp. I think they helped my situation, which was too much reflected sound bouncing around the room. Before the installation I was having a hard time understanding the dialog from the TV's surround system. It seems much clearer now.I didn't give these five stars because they came with no instructions or documentation of any kind. I complained to the sellers and they wrote back saying to mount them on stiff cardboard and then gave a website for tips on placement. This information should have been included.

I can’t say for sure how effective the foam is, it’s pretty hard to measure when adding to a treated room. It doesn’t feel the thickest, however I’m not sure that really matters. My thinking was the more tightly spaced wedges are better for high ends, in which case the thickness matters less I think. I was mainly just looking for some diversity in the foam and it’s certainly working well enough.More importantly, when one package arrived and while it was okay on the outside the sheets were mostly torn or had a hole, customer service sent out a replacement without having to go through returns, and after a small hiccup even threw some extra sets in there, which is much appreciated. Since at a point foam is foam, it’s definitely all about customer service and these guys certainly know what they’re doing. Would definitely recommend. Just don’t ask me for technicals on the foam, I’m simply mixing types to get the most possible absorption, and it seems to work well in my mix (3” wedge foam, this wedge foam, egg-crate foam, panel foam and bass traps ).

I bought these to place on a foam board fit to insert in my bedroom window to block noise from the traffic outside, as I live off two freeway exits downtown, work night shift/sleep in the day, and was having trouble sleeping through people bumping music out of their open car windows in the summer time. These foams are wonderful! I haven't been bothered by the noise outside at all since putting these up. I love them.

Loved this product. My bedroom window is across a TINY street from very loud (illegally loud) trucks. A family of immigrants movedinto this house. I don’t know why the first thing they want is a truck that sounds like a cannon going off at 5am, 8am, 10am. I have to sleep 12 hours a day so this product is a lifesaver. We put a piece of wood cut to the size of the window and put a handle on it.Then we got 2 of the largest cardboard boxes the Post Office sells and put them on with the adhesive sold here. It helped so much.That and calling the sheriff. So that truck was fixed but there are 2 other loud (but not like the cannon) that don’t bother me at all.

These are very flimsy and easily ripped. Because of their flimsiness they're very difficult to get up without looking cheap

My bedroom window is up to the air conditioner unit, so every time is on the sound is strong at night mostly because of the silent of the night, so We put them on the window with the tape and it worked.

Very lightweight. Not as dense as I would have hoped. Almost tore it pulling it apart.

Excellent product that is very effective at reducing unwanted audio reflections. Eliminates echo in a media room or studio, made an amazing improvement in my room. Light weight and easy to apply with double sided adhesive.
