Goddess Lakshmi Statue is a true find
I was looking for a statue of the Goddess of Wealth -- this statue of Lakshmi is well-made, realistically painted and has some weight to it. She is sitting in a special place in my home.

Not totally satisfied
I am not completely satisfied with the product. For starters, the packaging, while completely protective and filled with styrofoam inside the box, was not intuitive to remove, took a long time for me, and caused a huge mess and was stuck to a lot of objects around the unpacking area afterwards (due to static effect). Also the idol itself was slightly off from the picture, close but I am picky with these things myself. Lastly, it's an Indian religious idol representing wealth, abundance and prosperity, but it is being bring made in China? And still being sold for a decent amount of money. I am annoyed at this fact. Does no one see this irony?
