Too thin for sit bones, not the best choice if you have fissures.
Hmm, it was ok- but felt too thin under my sit bones- I could feel my wooden chair though it. I weigh just under 80kg. But it is supportive enough elsewhere, if a little warm. I think the central mesh part could be deeper and narrower, but I did buy it for rear fissure pain. I found that one of the cushions that have a central gap is better for fissure or gynae pain.

Good
I bought this as I had been suffering from piriformis syndrome. First impression it was a little bit hard but after a few days use I noticed my symptoms had eased a lot. It encourages you to sit properly which improves your posture. Only criticism is after a few weeks use it does seem a bit flatter than when it was new.

Highly recommended for sciatica
I have a crack in my spine and 5 bulging discs. Sitting all day my sciatica was terrible. Barely able to walk after a full days work. From day one of getting this my sciatica is much less and my pain has reduced so much. I even bought one to sit on the sofa with at home as it made so much difference to my life. Just a small change until my surgery
