Does anyone know how to get this off your skin after it’s dried?

With great difficulty!! I used brake cleaner which didn't really work very well. Acetone may work but I've not tried.

How long do you have to position your work before it starts to go off ? Someone commented 10 mins but the description says 30 minute glue ?

10 min max as it is not a good glue to reposition with,maybe a PVA or a two part glue better

will this stick to extruded polystyrene foam, or react with it

Not entirely sure... didn’t try polystyrene... it is Polyurethane itself, pretty inert, so it might be ok... extremely good adhesive though..
