Good quality bought at £15 and then had gone upto nearly £18 a month later.

These are fantastic socks for all sports that require running/quick chances in direction. Gives a really good cushioning feeling even after a full season of use. Given how thick they are my feet have started relatively cool and b still reasonably breathable. Can't wear anything else now playing cricket.

Use these socks when I'm coaching cricket. Nice and comfortable. Thick wool is fine - even on warm days. Will probably order a second pair.March 2015: Originally bought 2 pairs of these socks in summer 2013. Had an issue with one sock this month and sent the pair back to 1000mile. They sent me a replacement pair. Excellent after sales care.

High quality, really thick, perfect for winter. You won't wear them in summer or while doing sports/gym indoors. These also have seams inside.I am 6'2", wearing 45,5-46EU size shoes.

My son won't wear any other cricket socks now, he has never had a single blister since he switched to these, even with new shoes!!They do seem to last longer that standard socks, but even if they didn't he would still get them as he is a seam bowler and if he gets blisters it makes bowling really painful.He uses these heavyweight one's even in the middle of summer and says they are no hotter than other cricket socks.

Can't believe how comfy these socks are.... I have been wearing them every match and would never go back to wearing any other ones. My feet use to feel sore... not anymore even after playing 3 times a week. Great quality and soft.

A great thick cricket sock. Very comfortable. Warm in early season and not too hot in the recent 30C heat. Recommended.

Lovely thick woollen cricket socks. If we can avoid losing one of them and manage to keep them as a pair they look like they will last for a long time :-)
