It dries almost instantly. You can vacuum it. It comes with a mat to put underneath,so it will stay put. Easy care.

I had seen this before but never paid it much attention. My place is a little over a hundred years old now and replacing peeling floors around the tub is not my idea of fun. If water sits there when I come out of the tub (instead of on the cloth mat) it causes that. This quickly catches the water that comes out with your feet and wicks it away and within short order it is back to looking dry as can be! Definitely recommended!

We bought two of these mats, one for each bathroom, and we simply love them. I don't know how they work, but they work. My bathroom has no exterior wall so mold and mildew are always a concern. This, I think will really help.

As others have posted, they don't dry as quickly as you'd think and once they do, there is a 'shadow' of a footprint. This hasn't been used a lot. It came with a small white mark on it that I wasn't sure how to remove. I ended up using the sanding disk provided and it got it out. I am not sure how long this will last, but it sits flat on the floor so I don't worry about it breaking as others have posted. If something bad happens, I'll update this review.

Now does this product work for its intended use… yes. HOWEVER! I ordered this and it arrived cracked!!! It had already taken quite a while to arrive…..btw! So we quickly did a return and got a replacement on the way. It arrived without flaws and we put it in our bathroom with another cheap decorative mat on top. A couple months later, my in laws came to visit and bought us a new decorative mat and said “you know your other one is broken into pieces right?” That was last week! So no this product SUCKS!!

It works quick taking the water from your feet. Dries quickly too. Excellent item!

I read it in other reviews, but decided to gamble on it, and basically it is what the other reviews have said:PROS: - water absorption is amazing... step out of the shower, and all the water goes into the stone, not on the floor. Then it disappears or dries up so quickly, most within seconds, and all is gone within a few minutes.CONS: - the included rubbery mat to prevent it from slip and sliding around on the floor, while helpful, does not really keep it in place, so more often than not the bath mat will slide around and reveal the rubber matting below it, which does not look nice when it is visible. - the bath mat itself was warping within a few days, with minimal use, so it does not lay flat on the floor anymore. I do worry when I step on it that one day it will just crack because it is not laying flat, and is bent out of shape already.If it does break, I do not think I would buy another one. I might be willing to try a thicker one to see if it will prevent the warping, but I do not want to spend so much money just to experiment on this.
