Easy enough to install, looks fab and operates well. The only issue I may have, is the woosh sound when tap is opened. A lot louder than my old taps but perhaps that the way these new designs work. All the attachments are spot on as well, from the flexi hoses to the plastic spanner to tighten nuts. Job completed in less than 2 hours for a diy fit, not bad.

Firstly, these single lever mixers are good value taps and look great if you want matt black taps. I bought one, installed it and bought another as I was generally content with the first tap. They work fine in as much they take hot and cold water and mix it before it leaves the spout.To install, you should be aware that you can only really hand tighten the water inlet hoses into the base holes of the tap and that seemed acceptable as they didn't leak. Some people might want to use a spanner or something but the hose "nut" ends up within the tap housing rather than outside (at the bottom) it so you cannot get a spanner to it.The tap usefully comes with two securing bolts with its mounting rather than just one as some taps do. This made it easy to secure it to the sink/basin and gave confidence that it will not come loose.The first tap came with a base ring (that goes above the basin between the tap and the basin) that was a good fit to the base of the tap. The second one however, came with one that allowed too much movement (5mm at least) of the tap within the base ring so this was a disappointment and I had to tighten the base bolts quite hard to prevent movement. If anyone pushes the tap hard, it will move and that is due to this mismatch in ring size or poor design.Finally, the water exit spout, being of a rectangular shape, doesn't come with a water diffuser so the water can splash if you don't adjust the flow to a low level. That would probably be in a more expensive unit so I wouldn't mark this down - just don't expect that level of features for this price.All in all, I'd buy another.

An excellent and stylish replacement mixer tap for our bathroom sink.It's never my favourite job fitting a new tap to a sink that's already in situ. However, this one was relatively straightforward and the provided tool for the 2 securing nuts was very handy!The tap is well made, it looks good and works well and very smoothly 👌The "waterfall" effect is excellent if a tad noisy!So, with a reasonable price and next morning delivery, we are rather chuffed 😀 😊

Exceptional quality, this one looks great on my expensive Italian bathroom sink - It was nice to save some money on the cost of the tap !! Easy to install. I have another Hapilife product in my kitchen too. Definitely worth considering this brand if you want a great quality tap, fawcet, kitchen hose, whatever you prefer to call your various forms of TAP !! Hapilife, happy tap, happy Customer, VERY happy bank balance ; you DON'T NEED to spend hundreds of GB£'s, €'s or $'s to get a good quality tap like the one's you see on Grand Design's !! Save yourself some money and invest in a Hapilife TAP !!

I love the waterfall tap, it’s a simple and easy to use tap. Easy to install, usually.I was supplied a faulty flexible host. It had the slowest leak I’d ever seen and I had replaced ‘shutoff’ valve twice thinking it was my installation at fault. But after testing twice I had determined it was the host itself at fault with a hairline crack between the bolt and hose. By this time the return windows had past so I reach out to the company via the website provides on the Order Page. I wait a week and a half still no answer so I call Amazon for help. Shame they don’t care about their customers, that kind of service is unacceptable today.

The media could not be loaded. Old tap broke so looked on Amazon choose this one great price much better than my other tap and I ordered it at 7pm it came next day at 10am great service in my eyes would recommend Amazon for fast delivery and good products .
