Horrible product. Received the first one with broken parts. Got replacement shipped out just in time for Christmas. Put together and charged overnight. The arm barely moves. The machine itself barely has enough power to move with my 30 pound 2 yr old. I have to follow him pushing to help it along. It won't even move with my 45 pound 4 year old.

Bought for Christmas and it came with broken fenders, a black streaked seat and the arm stopped working immediately. Horrible buy for the price. After seeing others with same complaints I feel Amazon should drop this product line.

I put this together, had to wait 12 hours for battery to charge only to realize the backhoe didn't work at all. Just in time for Christmas. Also, the seat was dirty and had grease marks all over it.

Cheaply made. Although my 3 year old loved it, it arrived with cracked plastic pieces, bent wheel axle (made poorly the metal axle is crooked), so the wheel is bent.

The powered arm broke after one day. It also was dirty with black marks all over the seat.

Made of very weak construction. Can't leave it outside overnight were it might get wet. Two arm motor switches needed to be replaced along with arm motor assy.

Very slow, doesn’t pick up anything, swing arm quit working a week before it quit working and won’t charge anymore

This product is not a good buy, the first one, we had to change out because the on/off button failed in the first week. Then we received the second in exchange. Due to the winter and cold conditions I left inside the box because my child could use it, now that it is warmer, I assembled the unit and it won’t charge. 2 units 2 defects this is a piece of junk
