The text is fine. Unfortunately, after four weeks of asking I’ve yet to be granted access to the on-line image files. I will use the text to teach a graduate-level course this month. I’ve now asked Wolters-Kluwer three times vis calls and emails for access to the files so that I may use them to construct slides. Not having them will cost me significant extra time and make it harder on my students.I have purchased several texts over my career from other publishers and always had immediate access to on-line supplemental material. I cannot recommend this publisher if one requires easy access to promised on-line materials.
