Premium Stainless Steel Spam Musubi Maker- Non-Stick Sushi Rice Press

My friends and I get together for dinner once a month at each other's house. Last week we had Sushi. The ease of this Musubi press compared to the acrylic one I use to own (it's now in the garbage) was the difference of night and day. Rice does not stick to sides, finished Sushi is perfect. I will definitely be making Sushi more often now.

2 pieces, smooth stainless steel, easy & fun to use and extra easy to clean. I will buy 2 more before the summer.Fyi: the first order came with the mold but not the lid. I exchanged it and they sent out both parts.

Item came badly damaged . Speedy delivery tho.

Solid. Very nicely made and fit perfectly.Prefer this stainless steel version over the other materials.

Durable

Like putting on your dad's jacket when you were a kid. While I can get a real nice press on this mold, the problem is that its about a half-inch too long and an 1/8th inch too wide. If you look closely at the photos in the ad, you can see this. Additionally, it is NOT non-stick. Every coupla three presses, you need to rinse it off, lest the rice stick. As it is, I have to press out my Musubi and then, like sushi, cut through the rice, which is kind of a pain.This could be a GREAT press if the size were based off an actual piece of Spam. Perhaps it's good for other forms of musubi.
