Love
Having this product is a time saver. The waffles are made in under a few seconds and all I have to do is add the waffle mix. They are well cooked and after I'm done it's easy to clean.

Doesn't take much room.
We have used this almost every single day since we got it for Christmas. We make waffles and freeze them so the kids can pop them in the toaster for snacks or even for breakfast. A quick meal before school.

Great full-size waffle maker for a great price. Follow directions in manual, not tag on the handle.
I used the Dash Flip Belgian Waffle Maker for the first time this morning. The directions in the manual said, " For best results, use 3/4 cup of batter." The tag on the handle said, "Use 1 cup of batter for perfect Belgian waffles." I erroneously thought the maker might have been updated since the manual was printed and poured 1 cup into it. OMG! What a mess! It overflowed 1/4 of the batter. Sure, it flowed into the drip tray instead of onto the counter, but it cooked onto the outside of the waffle maker and inside the hinges, which was a lot of work to clean up. We used exactly 3/4 cup of batter for the rest of the waffles. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS IN THE MANUAL.I brushed canola oil onto the cooking surfaces when it got hot and between waffles with an OXO Good Grips Small Silicone Basting & Pastry Brush instead of attempting to spray it with a non-aerosol spray bottle (which I didn't have and would probably make a mess.) It worked very well. You could just brush the crumbs off the cooking plates to clean them up when done. Finally, the waffles did not turn out as crispy as we liked. After we cleaned it up, my husband pointed out that I was not interpreting the lights and turning them at the correct time. Again, FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS IN THE MANUAL. If they don't come out as crispy as you like, leave them in the maker longer.I was delighted that it has a minimal footprint standing in my cabinet when not in use. I had no problem finding room for it.Bottom line: This is a great full-size waffle maker for a great price. Although my husband loves Belgian waffles, we have never purchased one because they are expensive. This one has excellent features at a price point we were willing to pay for something we will only use occasionally. If you want something fancier, pay more for a Cuisinart.
