The Puffin Book of Stories for Seven-year-olds

Great book, my daughter loves it.

I was so happy to find this book on Amazon as I was puzzled what to buy my 7-year old nephew as he has all the latest toys etc so I didn't want to buy duplicates. This was perfect as it is specifically for 7-year olds so it just made knowing what to purchase easier (why can't all gifts for children come with age related details on them?)It also has a great selection of stories, is a good quality soft back book and is perfect for both boys and girls. A great book for both parent and child to read - Highly recommend!

The response from my grandson was " I'm only 6 so I will keep it until I am 7 to read it"Looked like a nice little book for keeping in the car.

This is to be a birthday gift for my granddaughter and as her birthday is not until December we have not actually read it yet. It looks great and very suitable for her now she can read it for herself. We have had every "Stories for.........." since she was 2 and always enjoyed them.

I had bought Stories for Five Year Olds for my grandson last year and he really enjoys listening to them at bedtime. As he is older now I also bought Stories for Six Year Olds and this one to add to his collection. The stories are absorbing enough to keep his attention but not too stimulating to keep him from dropping to sleep.

A nice little book, I am sure my almost 7 years old grandchild will love it. I assume the stories in it will fit exactly his age group, which is what the idea was after all, by choosing this book. It is a series, so one can buy them for any age group. Warmly recommend it!

It's ok...not a great or fun read for a 7 year old

I really struggled getting a birthday gift for a boy who has everything and so close to Christmas not sure what he was getting. His mum absolutely loved this and it has encouraged him to read instead of playing on his ps4 so a winner all round. Light fun read and was a huge hit
