Excellent quality sound
Ear phones are very good quality. Makes a huge difference to listening to my favourite music and podcasts.Easy fit and overall good value for money.

Good quality and sound reproduction
Good quality and sound reproduction. There are spare caps in several sizes to fit your ear nicely. They lasted ages too (until I accidentally cut through the cable with a rotary cutter!)

Works well enough with my portable DAB portable radio.
Very good fitting ear buds. Choice of 3 sizes. Very light in weight. Sound quality light on the bass unfortunately. Not great for music. No volume control. Good value for money.

All you need in-ear
Come on. Admit it, earbuds suck. You can't get the greatest bass sound out of tiny little drivers that fit in your head holes, and when people praise bass in earbud reviews, turns out they're usually talking about a big, annoying low mid bulge anyway. You're going to get conductive background noise out of anything that doesn't totally surround your outer ear, and speech-frequency noise will always cut through. These earbuds are great: sound is pretty flat/transparent, they're comfortably un-bulky, they're cheaper than worse-sounding alternatives. There is some low-end roll-off: this is not a deal-breaker. Are better buds available on the market? Probably, but not at this price point. Before a month or so ago, I was getting through a pair of these every six months: I have ADHD and I lose things, so I wouldn't buy something I can't afford to lose. Sadly, a recent infection has meant that in addition to my usual wallet, key and phone losses, I've also lost some hearing in one ear and I don't think headphones are for me anymore. I digress.Don't spend money on the super-high-quality earbuds, it's not worth the additional outlay. If you want to improve your audio life get these buds, they're fine. With the money you save, you can invest in a good pair of cans, a new hi-fi, upgrade your car speakers, and for Pete's sake, demand anti-biotics if you get an ear infection.

OK sound quality for cost, but break quickly
I thought the sound quality for these was reasonably good given their cost. However, one earphone stopped producing sound after three months of admittedly almost daily use, but nothing hugely strenuous, and whilst still being treated reasonably well. From my experience, I would not recommend buying these as - assuming a similar experience to mine - it will not be long before you will have to buy more. Instead, it might be worth investing slightly more money to buy a product that will last longer.

Sony headphones. Benton YSM1000.
The phones are very good and better than £8.00 ones. I need to have them longer than 5 days to give my review as some reviewers say one of the phones fail after around 2 weeks. I understand Benton do replace them if they fail. Will wait and see what happens otherwise pleased so far.UPDATENow had the ear phones for a couple of weeks so I feel able to give a better review.I didn’t test on a high quality amp, I leave that to someone else. My testing was via my iPhone and iPad which are premium products I think.I choose music by Whitney Houston from her greatest hits album because I like the orchestration as much as her singing.I found her voice very clear and the bass in the orchestration was well defined. Next recording, quite different was by David Guetta album title Nothing but the beat. In the recording Titanium the bass was excellent and the transients again is clear and again well divfined. The ear phones were advitised having a frequency range of 20 to 22.000 Hz (lowest and highest). When they arrived the box stated20 to 20.000Hz both within human hearing range. So, all in all, in four words, very pleased with purchase. Very good price and well made. Love the no tangle cord, well most of the time and much much better than my previous phones. Hope this help. Try them and if you don’t like them send back for a refund.

Comfortable, reliable, good sound, great price.
Great cheap quality in-ear headphones from a reliable manufacturer. I sleep with these in. They always fail in the same place, cable gets a bit hard after a time contact breaks in one of the buds. However, last for ages before this happens. Will eventually find a wireless replacement, but not for a while.

For the price, pretty good everyday buds.
Obviously at this price point, you're not going to get perfect sound reproduction, but they are perfectly acceptable for everyday use. With the silicon plugs they shipped with there's a good level of external sound exclusion (for me).On the downside, the cable is a bit thin and stiff, plus they have a 90 degree angled plug which is a pain (for me), although this seems to be the standard now. Also, you need a microscope to see the left and right markings (just make sure the markings are facing you when you insert the buds).Over all, you can't really go wrong with Toshiba stuff. It's always reasonably priced and with relatively good build quality, at least, better than the other cheapo stuff.
