can you use these pens on magnetic white boards?

Yes - You can use them on magnetic white boards, these markers work great on ours at home.

Do they smudge easily?

They don’t smudge at all. Clean lines, easily wiped off a whiteboard.

Does anyone know if these will work on plexiglass also? For writing and also easily erased from it?

I have not tried but would say no, I would buy the blackboard chalk pens you can get, they are fab on glass and many other materials.
