Better than most 12v vacs
As some folk have said, the suction power isn't on par with domestic type vacuums but for a 12v one it's pretty decent, having the flexible suction pipe and tools is much easier and more efficient than other types and it's easy to empty the waste tub.Works for me in my truck and in my caravan

Great item with so much for the price
I upgraded to this one from the previous version as I was impressed by it alot. Now I'll say one thing. I had read alot of the reviews on this product before I bought it on lightning deal for around £35. And even though there were a few mixed reviews I still went for it as I needed to vacuum my new car.Let me set the scene first. My car was new however I'd broken some glass in my boot and pieces were lying around. Also I'd recently just gone to one of my close friend's Iranian wedding. And after the wedding had helped him take the extras back to his house. So there was a bit of mess in the back passanger side with flower petals and some coloured powder I wasn't sure about! So I turned my car on and plugged in the vacuum into the 12V socket in the car. And I can say yes this isn't the suction of a dyson - but by God my car is now clean again! The glass in the boot was no problem - sucked up all the little pieces. The dust and flower petals in the back no problems with the correct tool - you get 2 different toold to make it easy to get all those hard spaces. Now you have to remember it will take time and technique to get it clean so don't think it'll take 5 mins. You have to be patient and make sure you do it properly using the correct tool. And take some time to make it the best looking floor you can. Remember car carpet already makes it difficult to suck anything up as sh*t just seems to stick to it so easily.Overall for the price I paid there's no way I can complain especially considering the amount of tools you get, the mesh bag to store everything in and the added convience of long cable which plugs into your car 12V socket. You have to remember you're not paying a bomb so if you're considering getting this for your car - then I'll say dont hesitate and just buy it. Or if you have the money then spend £100 more to get something like a dyson with stronger suction but maybe not as much convenience. Great item with so much for the price.

No the best but looks the bizz
The vacuum itself looks quite tidy... And please note that this is for a 12v battery, if you have anything bigger you will need to buy a converter to reduce the voltage or else the vacuum will blow.... That said... Maybe I was expecting a little more than what I got because the suction is okay... But realistically it's for people with OCD, kids in the back and dropped crisps everywhere... Fine... It'll do it... Expecting a full valeting suction and every last grain of dirt out of your carpets... Never... Only good for very light work.

Great car vac
So the mission for a decent car hoover was ever on going....then I read the reviews on this little beauty, I got it today and was straight outside!! It's great !! Plugs into 12v port( cigarette lighter) really long cable so reaches everywhere, I live on the moors with a dog who likes to sit in the actual car,(sporting his very lovely new harness and seat belt obviously) needless to say we both get filthy, dirt, stones, dog hair, bits of food ( his and mine) now I was sensible and didn't expect it to hoover up stones but I found using a heavy brush first to loosen dirt( mine was pretty bad) really helped especially in the corners, this little gem was great, got all the dirt up, carpet looks great, no bits left, I even scrubbed the rubber mats, I can highly recommend this, comes with a little bag so you can keep it in the boot, definitely worth getting

Car Hoover..
This Hoover works OK, but it's not as powerful as I would like it to be. But saying that it does get the job done eventually..

Don't waste your money
Absolute rubish, no suction to speak of, even for a 12v it's rubish, don't expect mains power but this is ridiculous, don't bother

Little power house
Firstly, don't judge the suction compared to a vacuum that you plug into the socket. I didn't.So, I needed a vacuum to clean the motorhome whilst away. I used to take my Dyson handheld, but wild camping (no EHU), there wasn't anyway of charging it and I wasn't prepared to pay an extortionate amount for a 12v charger. So for longer stays it was dustpan and brush only.I then came across this little beauty. Having compared their various models, I settled for this one. Wow, what. amazing little vacuum. Firstly, you plug in, so nothing on charge for more hours than the actual run time. Secondly, a really long cable. This goes from one end of the MH to the other, with ample cable spare. Thirdly, what amazing suction. I wild camp at dog shows with two Border Collies. There is no hard standing - just a field. And what's in that field ends up in the MH. Some 'rings' are sand, so add that to the mix. Always before a show, the grass is cut and left on the ground (apart from left over grass from baling). So what comes in the van:- grass (various lengths), twigs, weeds/seeds mud dust, sand, small stones and don't forget, dog hair, my hair, spiders moving in and setting up home (cobwebs), crumbs and fibres from chewed toys. This vacuum sucks all the above up on veterinary bedding (like a sheepskin rug (thick pile, soft and fluffy), as well as hard surfaces. I now have a clean van to relax in after a long day in the field. I do like a clean van after my shower. All in all 10/10 from me. It's a trusted brand. Really good suction for a 12v. Lightweight. Not noisy. Fits in a cupboard. Perfect.

Small but mighty
Well impressed with how powerful this little gadget is. So small I keep it in the boot so it’s always handy.
