Is the B12 in this product Methylcobalamin?

The B12 in this product is from cyanocobalamin which is added to the beet molasses that the yeast is fed on (nothing is added to the yeast). It is the most common form of B12 used for supplementation and is not an 'inactive form' as another respondent has suggested. (I am the technical contact for Marigold Health Foods Ltd.)

How much do you sprinkle on a pizza to replace cheese?

You would not use the same amount of this as you would cheese because it would taste very odd. But one tablespoon I would say is enough. It is not a replacement for cheese. It simply to add taste. It would be like using a tablespoon of Parmesan on some pasta. If I want to replace cheese I would use vegan cheese

Is this a reliable source of B12 supplementation for vegan toddler who's weaning off the breastfeeding?

I wouldnt, the b12 thats in this get converted to cyanide. You can risk it but its probably best to use regular nutritional yeast.
