the plastic pipe provided is too short. I have to buy additional 10 meters because my toilet located 4.5 meters from basin.

Requires high water pressure to work the way it should. i.e. perform well on ground floor bathroom but not so in a higher level.

Works well, does make it difficult to clean the toilet

I've had other washlets before. This is the first time I fully regret buying one.1- If you have fixed cover on your toilet, don't even bother - the bidet fits VERY poorly and does not fixate properly2- Because of it's design, it DOES NOT fit most of the toilet seats3- It leaks if you don't connect hot water4- Low pressure5- The "Cleaning Nozzle" button does not work

Good product but hot water supply is poor.

it's good bidet, bit complicated plumbing and delicate parts, but so far good

Pipe provided a little short otherwise very goodi

I love it. It was easy to install although I'm using it on cold water only at the moment as the hot water feed pipe has a really difficult connection because of its location.
