These are perfect for Microsoft Teams and working from home. Battery life is great and sound quality is also great.My favorite feature is the USB dongle. No drivers required and they pair immediately to my work PC. Microphone actually works on my work PC and that is a massive PLUS.I tried using AirPods Pro with my work PC but since they are Bluetooth it does not pickup the microphone at all. These work perfectly for my use case. Microphone functionality:- Mic works with work PC that does not allow any third party downloads. It is a driveless setup and the mic quality actually sounds really good especially when talking quietly. Connectivity:Uses dual connection Can use USB C Dongle & Bluetooth to connect them to any device that is needed.

Pros:* I love being able to mute my mic remotely. My use case was being on conference calls while working from home. There would be long stretches where I wasn't speaking and not on cam, so I would walk away to get a drink of water. While I was away from my desk, if someone were to call on me about something, I could unmute remotely, say my piece, then go back to mute. These were the only reasonably priced earbuds I could find online that had that functionality.* I like being able to pair to a bluetooth device as well as to the dongle. This means that I would switch between my laptop and my iphone without needing a separate pair of earbuds.Cons:* As much as I liked being able to be paired to two devices at once, switching between them is cumbersome. I would have to take the earbuds out, put them back in the case, close it, remove the dongle from my laptop, open the case, double-click the function button, then connect to my phone. I would love a more seamless transition* I found that on occasion, the earbuds would not turn off properly. They would be in the case in my backpack, and I would have my phone connected to another bluetooth speaker. Then, out of nowhere, the earbuds would connect to my phone, and the audio coming out of my external speaker would stop. When I looked at the phone, sure enough, the SW4 were selected as the output device, so I would have to switch back. Not great while I'm listening to a good song, or a compelling podast.

These worked really well when they worked. They disconnect all of the time when I am using them. I had to plug the usb back into the charger to reconnect. I tried to return them due to this issue but was past my 30 days. Now they don’t even work at all. They didn’t even last 60 days. Completely disappointed. I got these for work so I could have my meetings and be mobile but it is a no go. My work computer is restricted so I had to have the usb adapter. I’m not paying another $50 for a new pair.

they were comfy to wear, i would suggest getting a different pair if you are playing a high intensity game or listening to anything with a lot of noise/instruments. i went to play dead by daylight which is a game that has a lot of noise and sudden noises and let me tell you my ears hurt. the noise was grating my ears. do not use for gaming!! anything other than gaming i would recommend them! they feel nice on the ears though, no discomfort at all. Also, super easy to set-up :)

I have had my earbuds for well over a year now. I use them for work and my only complaint is really the microphone quality. It can be a bit quiet if they aren't both in your ears and positioned just right. The workaround I have is I use a cheap standalone mic when I have to actually speak. Other than that everything else is great, the sound quality and low latency are perfect for the price compared to other high end gaming earbuds. I have no issues with connectivity whatsoever and when I sign off from work for the day, the earbuds will automatically connect to my phone without hassle. I'm sure comfort may vary from person to person but these are pretty comfy for being in-ear earbuds as well. I usually have issues with the rubber fittings being too big on other earbuds I have purchased in the past but I can wear these for hours without having them fall out unexpectedly or cause discomfort. I definitely recommend these over other high priced gaming branded earbuds. Plus, the company is very feedback oriented and have reached out to me a few times for constructive feedback (not just an automated survey, a real person has reached out and talked to me).

I bought the earbuds because the price was decent. But man am I surprised! These things are awesome! The sound is really clear. The lows and highs hit right where they should. I have a pair of AirPods and these things are actually more comfortable when wearing them all day at work. I highly recommend them to everyone!
