Pricey but worth it.
I've been able to adapt the recipies to the kind of food I like to prepare. Be creative, you are only limited by your imagination. Take your time in reading the instructions. They were written by someone whose primary language is not English. I only use filtered water

beautiful product and great customer service
What a beautiful kettle! The design and color are so elegant. I like it! I use it to make fruit tea. I also make Japanese tea. The temperature setting and keep warm function are very good. The lid can be totally removed, which makes it easier to clean the kettle. The US customer support Rika is very responsible. She always answers questions/concerns in a timely manner. Very good experience!
