Is this a strong tea?

No, this is a very tasty tea. Best tea I've ever had. We've even left the tea bags in boiling water and forgotten them (accidentally). Coming back to take them out later we expected the tea to be too strong as is the case with most other teas, but it wasn't! Amazing!

How is this tea decaffinated?

I don’t know,however,it is good and I no longer suffer from reflux which occurred when drinking caffeine!
