18G Steam Mop

the product was broken when I received it. The motor made a loud noise and there was no steam coming from product, returned it to with information that it was broken and have not heard back from supplier

Pretty and can be used for so many things! Clothes, washed dishes piled in the dish drainer, and for removing wallpaper.

I have used this product and it worked pretty well. I especially like the portable steam cleaner that you can take apart. My biggest problem is that there is no way to order accessories such as additional mop pads. I called the "number" on the website, which is a joke because a foreign person who spoke no English answered and had no idea what I was calling about. I just emailed them and we'll see. The seller asked me for the model number, which is clearly listed on my order. Why put a bogus number on the website--that makes no sense.

I really like this steam mop. Comes with a ton of attachments, I can steam basically everything. This is actually the second one I've ordered and that it why it has a 4 star. I had to order another because it is very top heavy and you MUST make sure it is leaning against something or it topples over. It cannot hold itself up well. My other one fell one too many times and it snapped the clips that clip the water basin to the mop as well as the part that sucks the water in. Even with this flaw it is still a great mop you just have to be very careful where you set it.

This worked great the first few times I used it. The grout brush was ruined after one heavy use and the mfg never responded to emails about replacement options. Item stopped working entirely after about four uses.
