These are thinner than I thought but it didn’t matter when I tried one. Delicious!! Buttery, and a hint of carmel. I was surprised to read the box after I’d finished it, that it said carmel. Either way, love them!!

Smaller and sweeter than typical Palmiers but very nice. Will definately re-order, pending price.

These are very sweet and crisp. Unfortunately they have a tendency to be broken. Could be from poor packing or careless handling. I ate them anyway.

I did have a box. I do not have a box. I do not have a regret.Many palmiers are “delicately” sweet. These are unabashedly sugar forward. This is of course amazing and lovely and exactly what i hoped n hoped for when i saw caramel flavor on the palmiers box. Not dry or puffy or more crust-flavored than sweet. Not dusty-crumbly. Sweeet and crisp with it and rich, and also thin and not shedding all over like some.Also nice there are two minipackets within the box in case one wants an unopened one to travel or share, or maybe-possibly-strangely decide not to eat em alll at once.
